Form delivery
Form requests are sent to our website’s server endpoint. Email delivery depends on a server-side provider being configured and verified. If the service cannot confirm receipt, the form tells you it is unavailable and asks you to call or email instead. Please do not assume a submission reached us unless the form shows a confirmed success message.
Sharing and storage
